Microbusiness Strategies is a for-profit group of companies that operates with a non-profit style. That is an extreme advantage for you. We take care of our clients and the pennies will take care of themselves.
We choose to work with clients who are committed to serving the microbusiness demographic, constituency and market in a mutual interest—theirs and yours. We wish to work with clients who share our philosophy, approach and strategic objectives in the ways in which they serve their clients—microbusinesses.
We typically do not call prospective clients—they find us. That is deliberate and strategically sound. We expect to move our clients to that high ground where microbusinesses will find them and not the other way around.
In order for us to work with integrity and to apply that integrity with our clients, we require a few specific things from each client:
- A philosophical commitment to be open to changing what you do and how you do it
- An operational commitment to honestly assess what you do and how you do it…and to improve both
- An organizational commitment to develop and implement things in a mutual interest—microbusinesses and yours
- A financial commitment to work with us to achieve measurable success without jeopardizing that potential
- A pragmatic commitment to provide us with all of the information and background that will help us help you
- A people commitment to be enthusiastic about moving forward and joining the elite organizations who get it

Benefit
We hear a great deal about “benefit statements” – those wins that each player expects to receive as a result of their efforts or their ROI and how those wins are clearly articulated. The final piece and most important step is the benefit element.
The benefit is the prize, the payoff – the reason why stakeholders go through the exercise. It’s critical to shape the benefit(s) along with the expectations(s) to make them reasonable, attainable and attractive to stakeholders AND to the microbusiness demographic as the recipients of those efforts. When the audience benefits, it makes the performance both successful and worthwhile and maximizes future opportunities for supply and demand. It also inherently increases the demand and the loyalty for the prize.

Members of our team will meet with your team to understand your objectives and what you’re currently doing to meet them. We’ll help you to assess your needs and how we can help you meet those needs. We have unique expertise to help you evaluate your situation, where you want to go and how you’ll get there—in a way that’ll work for those you serve which means it’ll work for you.
